These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your relationship with Advanced Somerton Fence ("we," "us," or "our") as a service provider. By using somertonfence.com or engaging us for fencing services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing this website or requesting services from Advanced Somerton Fence, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these terms on your own behalf or on behalf of a business entity, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or request services from us.
Advanced Somerton Fence provides residential and commercial fencing services in Somerton, AZ and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to fence installation, fence repair, fence replacement, gate installation, and related work as described on this website.
Service availability is subject to our current schedule, geographic coverage area, and project requirements. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All pricing is provided in the form of a written estimate following an on-site visit to your property. Verbal quotes are informational only and do not constitute a binding price commitment. A written estimate is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued unless otherwise stated on the estimate document.
Estimates are based on the information available at the time of the site visit. If conditions are discovered during the project that differ materially from what was observed during the estimate - such as undisclosed underground obstructions, utility conflicts, or soil conditions requiring additional equipment - we will notify you before proceeding and provide a revised scope and cost in writing.
Project start dates are scheduled based on crew availability and material lead times. We will provide you with an estimated start date when your project is confirmed. We reserve the right to adjust scheduling due to weather conditions, supply delays, or other factors outside our control.
If you need to cancel or postpone a confirmed project, please notify us as soon as possible. If materials have already been ordered or custom-fabricated for your project, you may be responsible for restocking or cancellation fees associated with those materials. We will communicate any such charges to you in writing before they are applied.
Payment terms are specified on the written estimate or contract for each project. In general, a deposit may be required before project work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods will be communicated to you before the project starts.
Final payment is due upon project completion and your acceptance of the finished work. Unpaid balances are subject to applicable late fees and collection remedies under Arizona law.
Before and during the project, you agree to:
Where required, we will apply for building permits with the applicable local jurisdiction on your behalf as part of the project. Permit fees are typically passed through to you at cost and will be itemized in your written estimate. Work that does not require a permit will proceed without one. It is your responsibility to confirm any additional permit requirements specific to your HOA or deed restrictions.
We stand behind our workmanship. Any workmanship warranty terms will be stated in writing on your project estimate or contract. Warranties apply to installation quality and do not cover damage caused by acts of nature, improper use, third-party modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Manufacturer warranties on materials (posts, panels, hardware, gate operators) are governed by the terms of the individual manufacturers. We will assist you in understanding those terms but are not responsible for fulfilling manufacturer warranty obligations beyond our role as the installer.
